BryantBryant Logan was born in Berryville, VA and at the age of five moved with his family to Philadelphia, PA where he completed his primary and secondary education. Undergraduate and some graduate education was completed at Howard University in Washington, D.C. His training was in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering and ultimately Informatics and Medical Informatics.

After 33 years at the Howard University College of Medicine where he served as Director of Informatics for a number of years, retirement brought him to Palm Coast, FL where, after enjoying time in the practice of retirement, he took on volunteerism and served a year as the chair of the GAP Commission Subcommittee on Minority Issues, assisted his daughter in becoming an attorney in Washington D.C. and a member of the Maryland Bar and ultimately volunteering with the Flagler County Florida Branch of the NAACP where he has served as Executive Director and Treasurer and now as Acting Treasurer.

Mr. Logan is a past member of the Medical Informatics Association and the National Medical Association.
